Merry Xmas! This is what I call a "classic dancefloor mix" of the last track I did, Dub Of The Flutes. This version is all four-on-the-floor so if your DJ style tends to that style this is the mix for you! I slowed it down 2 beats per minute to 138 bpm as well, just to lower its intensity a bit, and the mix is shorter to at only 3m51s. Anyway you can definitely rock the floor with this little number.

Please note: I've started to delete or rename the files for the old tracks because the server is getting slayed from various servers robo-leeching the mp3s. You can get a link to a zip of the year's tracks with artwork from here.

This track is based around a motif that's in in the middle of Tchaikovsky's "Dance Of The Flutes" in F# minor (from the Nutcracker Suite). Hence I've called it 'Dub Of The Flutes'. It's got considerably developed bass and all-new drums from the version of the other week.

This is a very very rough mix. It's based around a motif that's in in the middle of Tchaikovsky's "Dance Of The Flutes" in F# minor (from the Nutcracker Suite). Even if you don't think you know the classical piece you've definitely heard it if you've ever watched e.g. some Warner Bros or Ren & Stimpy cartoons! But maybe not the motif that I've used here. Anyway I've called this one 'Dub Of The Flutes' and it's hardly - barely - arranged for the moment, it's just some of the parts I've done for it strung together in a semi-sensible arrangement. More later.
