He's ALWAYS on the Ovation channel. we watched a bit the other night and by god it was the aesthetic equivalent of 100 chimps on tricycles in tuxes, wheeling around a pond full of multi-coloured vomit. And yes, the pompous onscreen audience was lapping it up all dewy-eyed as if it was some rarified transcendental experience "Ooh look at me! I'm appreciating classical music!".

Except the funny thing is: THERE WAS NO CLASSICAL MUSIC.

Every time we sneeked a peek back at the channel to see what fresh horrors awaited us, he was doing pop or musical hall numbers, like a  Michael Jackson song (he murdered a version of "Ben", for instance), or a Lloyd-Webber number, etc.

So no matter how crappily played on his "fiddle" accompanied by his "band" (see Richard Tognetti's comments about the imposter's career and playing ability), anyone who defends the monster by saying "he brings classical music to people who don't listen to classical music" is lying. MOST OF THE REPERTOIRE IS NOT CLASSICAL MUSIC. Like how hard is it to go to a fucking Borders or HMV and buy a random CD of Bach or Mozart concertos played by a proper orchestra anyway.

He's a fucking cunt.
